I got an email from a fellow practitioner in the field of early childhood education about this conference. It's called "Big Circle Time: Empowering the Filipino Early Childhood Educator". This conference is for teachers, school administrators and even parents.

Finally, a conference of this sort in the Philippines. I hope they have this annually.
